My dearest wish for Alisa Durbrow has come true - she’s officially a member of a J-rock band! Well, duo - her partner is Aica Natori. But still! This means she’s singing and I’m super excited about it!

You heard me right, folks. After a long hiatus from gravure modeling, Miyuu Sawai is returning with her new photobook, “Moment.” And if the cover is anything to go off of, it’ll be one racy comeback! It will be released January 27, 2013.

Not entirely sure how I feel about this to be honest. Miyuu seemed to really want to break away from gravure modeling. Not that she’s said that explicitly, but the fact that she hasn’t released a book since 2008 seemed to be a pretty good indication. If she’s coming back to gravure because she wants to, I’m all for it! I just hope she didn’t feel pressured or that her hand was forced or anything. :/

At any rate, I’ll be sure to post pics once they’re available! And I’ll keep various appendages crossed that this gets her more roles in the future!
