New full trailer for “Roommate” (out Nov. 9, 2013).

Based on a 1997 novel by late author Aya Imamura, the film stars Keiko Kitagawa as a young woman named Harumi who’s injured in a car accident with a man named Kensuke (Kengo Kora).

While in the hospital she becomes friends with her nurse, Reiko (Kyoko Fukada), and the two decide to become roommates. However, over time it becomes clear that something is very wrong with Reiko, as Harumi begins witnessing increasingly strange, threatening behavior.
