TW: BULLYING - Seriously, watching this episode the first time really upset me, so proceed with caution.
Miyuu Sawai’s appearance in episode 3 of the 2008 drama, “Cat Street.” The series is about a group of teenagers who attend a special school for students who have been harassed or bullied in traditional environments. Miyuu plays Nana, a former classmate and bully of Momiji (Tomoka Kurokawa). Momiji has decided to tell her crush from her old high school that she’s in love with him, and things do not go as planned.
I decided to excerpt the full sequence since Miyuu’s 1st appearance is so brief and the 2nd appears so soon after. Plus, I just love this series a lot and wanted to excerpt the whole thing. I definitely recommend watching it… with the caveat that the first three episodes especially are extremely upsetting because of scenes like this and the main character’s struggle with depression.
