• The method in which Minako became Sailor V was inconsistent throughout the series. Artemis used a Teletia S in Act Zero to change Minako into Sailor V. In Act 11, Aino had a suitcase that contained her costume. Finally in Act 12, Minako instantly transformed into Sailor V while running to help the other Sailor Senshi.
